Creative Direction is a tight-knit, agile and intelligent team. We have been working together for a long time, so all the wrinkles were ironed out long before the business was even a twinkle in our eye.

We employ additional members of our extended team that are highly-valued specialists in their own realm; logistics managers, interpreters, web-designers, independent writers and producers, even the odd politician or racing driver…

The most important part of the team however, is our client. We work with and around clients in order to precisely understand the motives, aims and considerations involved in the challenge we face together. Winning championships, gold medals and standing ovations do not happen by accident – so no apologies for getting up close and personal, it goes with the territory. It’s what we mean by Teamwork.  

How we then react demands research, method, commitment and measured control if the event or campaign is to hit the mark. We don’t claim to have the definitive model yet, as everything we do is bespoke and exclusive to the job at hand - but all those years in the garden shed don’t count for nothing: our tried-and-tested systems simplify Project Management, our technology and people optimise Communication … leaving more time for Inspiration and Magic!
